New Years Eve


First Course

Chilled Lobster – tossed with fresh mango and basil served with raspberry vinaigrette

Cheese & Tomato – with roasted bell peppers and sliced Roma tomato

Antipasto – with prosciutto, salami, Sicilian olives and gherkins

Second Course

New England Style – crawfish and shrimp corn chowder

Crab Cakes – served on a tomato relish and a charon sauce

Escargot – served with tortellini filled with smoked mozzarella in a basil cream sauce

Third Course

House Salad – mixed baby greens, sliced onions and diced tomato, topped with a Dijon mustard dressing

Caesar Salad – romaine lettuce mixed with a traditional Caesar dressing topped with croutons

Dinner Salad – red leaf lettuce with sliced onion and tomato in a red wine vinaigrette dressing

Fourth Course

Scottish Salmon – served with a burgundy poached onion and champagne cream sauce

Red Snapper – served with a roasted red bell pepper coulis

Roast Duck – served with a Cranberry demi-glaze

Grilled Venison – sliced and served with a caramelized onion and a burgundy wine sauce

Roast Rack of Lamb – served with a cabernet wine sauce

Grilled Beef fillet – served with grilled shrimp and finished béarnaise sauce

Lasagna-layers of ground beef, ricotta cheese & pasta, seasoned and baked in tomato sauce

topped with mozzarella cheese and served with a béchamel sauce

Fifth Course

Chilled Berry Compote – served over a puff pastry shell with vanilla anglaise

Crème Brule – with a hint of orange zest served with a raspberry puree

White Chocolate Bread Pudding – topped with chopped pistachios and served warm with a sun-dried cherry brandy sauce

Almond Lace Basket – filled with vanilla pastry cream and fresh strawberries

Tiramisu – with chocolate, vanilla and cappuccino pastry creams finished with a vanilla anglaise

Almond Lace Wafer – layered with chocolate pastry cream and fresh sliced bananas served with a cinnamon anglaise
